Tanya McDaniels didn’t start Zoetic Notion to sell websites. She started it after spending years watching good businesses lose customers simply because they had a weaker online presence. That gap between a business’s quality and how well it showed up online is what Zoetic Notion was built to close.
TWO DECADES BUILDING THE WEB, ONE DECADE TEACHING IT
Tanya has spent 20 years in web development, working across financial services, education, and small business industries, three worlds with very different rules, very different customers, and very different definitions of what “results” actually mean. That range is where her approach comes from. A financial services site lives or dies on trust and compliance. An education platform has to serve people who didn’t choose to be tech savvy. A small business site has to convert on a budget, with no room for wasted spend. Tanya has built for all three, and she brings all three disciplines into every Zoetic Notion project.
Alongside her development work, Tanya spent 10 years teaching technology in higher education, training the next generation of developers and digital professionals on how to actually build things that work, not just things that look finished. That teaching background shows up in how Zoetic Notion works with clients today. Tanya doesn’t believe in handing a business owner a finished website and a login they’ll never understand. She believes in explaining the why behind every recommendation, so clients actually understand what’s happening to their business online instead of just trusting a black box.

After years of watching businesses get sold rankings with no strategy behind them, or websites with no plan for what happens after launch, Tanya built Zoetic Notion around a different idea: a website and a search strategy should work together, not get sold as separate products from separate vendors. Design, development, SEO, and AI visibility, built as one system instead of a pile of disconnected services.
Zoetic Notion works with service businesses across Delaware and Maryland, including roofers, HVAC companies, electricians, plumbers, dentists, med spas, gyms, salons, and law firms. Every business is different, so we build our approach around its goals, customers, and market.
